Privacy & Security
We realize importance of your privacy and, therefore, we do not sell or exchange your information with anyone. Your on-line credit card orders are processed through our website with a secure socket layer that uses state-of-the-art security technology to protect your sensitive information. We do not keep your credit card information on file. We encourage you to order on-line because it is safe and secure. Ordering & Payment Methods – State and Federal Clients

We accept purchase orders and contracts directly or through the CCR system. Standards payment terms are “Net 30″. However, we gladly accept Government issued Purchase Cards (GPCs), ACH deposits and checks.

Payment Methods – Private Individuals or Companies
Qualified orders from private individual and companies can be paid with major credit cards, personal or company checks, certified (cashiers) checks or via wire transfer directly to our bank account. We do not accept purchase orders or grant “Net 30″ terms to private individuals or companies unless the order is made on behalf of State or Federal Governments and accompanied with written authorization. It may take between 24 hours to five (5) business days for the funds to clear the bank. Please be patient. We carefully track all payments and will ship your products immediately upon clearance of funds.

We highly value all of our customers, however, due to sensitive nature of the products we sell, all orders are subject to an initial order prequalification.  This is done to limit our liability and to protect the general public, law enforcement officers and active military personnel abroad.  Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse sale or service to anyone at our discretion.

Return Policy – State and Federal Clients
To our State and Federal customers we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period. If the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations we will replace it. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will take it back. It’s that simple. If the product is faulty, malfunctions or dead-on-arrival (DOA) it is subject to the terms of our warranty.

We have been in business for almost a decade and value the relationship with our commercial clients. People who ordered from us before readily recommend our products to their friends or colleagues.  All of the products we sell are of the highest quality, specifically designed for professional and military applications. As such, they come with all the appropriate paperwork to prove its origin and performance specifications. Therefore our return policy is firm but fair and straightforward. Please do your research and learn about the capability of night vision devices, what they are designed for and what they can or cannot do for you. You are welcome to call our knowledgeable sales staff and they will be more then happy to assist you. Please read our return policy below.  By ordering from us you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Return policy
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for a refund, exchange or upgrade. Please note that the 15-day grace period begins from the time you receive the purchase and ends when you give the package to the forwarder.  To arrange for a return you will have to contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Packages without an RMA will be rejected and sent back to sender. You will incur additional shipping costs to send it back to us the second time and we will not reimburse these charges. An RMA does not guarantee a refund. By issuing an RMA we agree to inspect the merchandise and resolve the matter according to the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns/refunds – NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • There is NO restocking fee on warranty related exchanges or product upgrades for devices with the same or equal value. If the free exchange/replacement of the faulty merchandise is declined, it will be treated as a regular return and a restocking fee will be assessed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All upgrades should be completed within 30 days after you receive your order. We do not allow any more than two upgrades per client.
  • We can only replace, upgrade or issue a credit for the units that are returned in the original condition and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to send damaged, misused, abused and obviously used merchandise back to the customer.
  • RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days.
  • The returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse no later then 15 days from the date the RMA# was issued.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with returning the merchandise.
  • If an order is filled incorrectly, we will make shipping arrangements to send the merchandise back to us.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns past 15 days WILL NOT be accepted at all.
  • ALL CLEARANCE SALES, SALES OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM MADE UNITS ARE FINAL.

Shipping
Standard shipping is UPS Ground. To expedite delivery we can ship 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. Other shipping methods are available per your request, please call us for details.

Warranty
All of our products are covered by a limited 12 month  warranty (except clearance items). If the product malfunctions within 12 months of the delivery date, we will replace it.  Should you have any problems please contact us and we will try to help you. Even though our products are rugged and are built to strict military specifications they are, after all, highly sensitive electro-optical devices and should be treated as such. The warranty does not cover accidental drops, abuse and other similar types of mishaps. You are purchasing expensive professional equipment.  Therefore, we assume that you know how to use it.  The warranty does not cover any misuse. 

EXPORT/International Shipping
Export of the night vision equipment is strictly regulated by the Department of State or the Department of Commerce. We will not export or assist exporting directly or indirectly without a licence from the appropriate licensing body. The exportation of night vision equipment is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or the U.S.
